Hi and welcome to ieltsnotes!
I’m Huyen and I’m the founder of this blog. I’m not a native speaker so I can somehow understand the difficulties and challenges of learning a foreign language and achieving the score that you need in the IELTS exam. I started studying for the IELTS exam in the second term of my final year of university (2014). I got an overall score of 7 after 6 months of studying by myself (I didn’t go to any IELTS classes – I just stayed at home and focused on all the IELTS materials I had at that time) and I got an overall score of 8 on my third attempt (2017) again, just studying at home.
The reason I decided not to go to any IELTS classes is I wanted to challenge myself and to give those of you who are studying by yourselves the motivation to do anything your heart desires as long as you’re focused, disciplined and committed to your goals.
This blog is where I’ll share all of my knowledge and experience of how I study IELTS and achieve my goals.
I hope you find this blog useful. If you do, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section and share the site with your friends.
