## Sample Answer

Recently, I gave my best friend, Emma, a personal birthday gift – a self-help book that I knew would really speak to her. It was a book that I believed would not only provide practical wisdom but also inspire her during a time when her needed encouragement the most.

My friend and I have been through a lot together, sharing both our triumphs and struggles. Over the past year, she had been feeling a bit stuck. She had faced a number of challenges, both personally and professionally, and I could see how uncertain she was about the future. As someone who values personal growth and self-reflection, I knew how much my friend appreciated books that offered guidance and insight. I wanted to give her something that would help her navigate this challenging period and remind her that she wasn’t alone.

After thinking about it for a while, I settled on a book that had made a significant impact on my own life: *Atomic Habits* by James Clear. It wasn’t just a “motivational” book but one filled with actionable advice that could truly help someone shift their mindset and approach to life. I knew it would be a perfect fit for my friend, especially because it wasn’t about changing everything at once, but rather taking small, consistent steps toward improvement. When I gave my friend the book, I made sure to write a note inside. I told her how much I admired her strength, resilience, and the way she always pushed through difficult times.

Looking back, I realize that the best gifts are those that come from the heart. It’s not about spending a lot of money or picking the trendiest item—it’s about recognizing what someone truly needs and giving them something that will have a lasting impact. For me, giving this book was more than just a birthday present; it was a reminder to my best friend that I believe in her, that I see her potential, and that I’m always here to support her, no matter what.
