## Sample Answer

I’d like to talk about Anna, who used to be my leader when I was doing an internship at a home appliance company. At that time, I was working as a marketing intern, and later I became a marketing executive, so I had many chances to observe the way she worked.

Anna has a strong academic background in marketing. She studied Marketing for her bachelor’s degree and then completed a master’s degree in Strategic Marketing at Leicester University. But what impressed me the most was not just her education. It was the way she could handle unexpected problems at work.

The problem I remember clearly happened during a product launch campaign for a new air fryer. Everything had already been prepared, including social media posts, KOC videos, advertising budget, and promotional banners. However, just one day before the campaign went live, the warehouse team informed us that the product shipment would be delayed. This was a very time-sensitive issue because if we launched the campaign as planned, customers might place orders but receive the product late, which could lead to complaints.

Instead of panicking, Anna stayed calm and tried to identify the root cause of the problem. She quickly talked to the warehouse team, the sales team, and the customer service team to understand exactly how long the delay would be. Then she decided to adjust the campaign instead of canceling it completely.

Her solution was quite smart. She changed the main message from “buy now” to “early-bird pre-order”, and added a small voucher for customers who were willing to wait a few extra days. She also asked the content team to update all the captions and banners, so the delivery timeline was clear from the beginning. At the same time, she moved part of the advertising budget to another home appliance product that was still in stock.

I think she solved the problem in a smart way because she was able to think on her feet and come up with a practical solution under pressure. She didn’t just focus on saving the campaign; she also protected the company’s reputation and customer experience. Her decision was very data-driven because she checked stock levels, delivery time, and customer demand before making any changes.

In the end, the campaign performed quite well, with very few customer complaints. To me, Anna is a sharp-minded leader because she knows how to stay calm, make quick decisions, and turn a difficult situation around without making the problem worse.
